The House Bill requires, in part, that each homeowner association in the State of Colorado notify its owners of the formation of a governmental HOA Task Force, to be appointed by August 1, 2023. The task force will examine a variety of issues pertaining to homeowner rights and responsibilities. In addition, the task force will examine Colorado law as it pertains to homeowner associations and will utilize a sampling of individual association documents as part of that process.

If you have questions pertaining to the Task Force, please contact the HOA Information Office, part of the Division of Real Estate within the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
