Meeting Schedule for 2026

Executive Board monthly meetings are typically held the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

Meetings are typically held at

Carbon Valley Library see front desk for location

Meeting requirements:

Meeting attendance is for members only.

Members must be owners of record of their property.

Members accounts must be in good standing with the Association to vote.

Members are limited to 3 minutes statements of discussion.

Note taking is permitted, however, video or audio recording of all or any portion of any meeting by Members is prohibited.

Members wishing to comment at the ensuing meeting will note the subject to discuss on the sign-up sheet.
